When you submit the contact form on this website we collect the following personal data:

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

We collect your personal data for one purpose only. To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential working engagement with you.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with any third party for commercial gain.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. By submitting the contact form you are consenting to Soscify receiving and processing your information for the purpose stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

How long we keep your data

Your form submission is stored in our database on the server that hosts this website and delivered to the Soscify team by email. We retain your personal data for a maximum of twelve months from the date of your submission. If no working engagement follows your initial contact your data will be deleted within that period. If an engagement begins your data will be retained for the duration of the working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this website. Google Analytics collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent on pages, traffic source, device type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It is used solely to improve the performance and usability of this website.
